About Me

Hi, my name is Esther. I'm a Senior Product Designer in the Tampa Bay area, currently focused on generative AI, agent-led design, and the experiences that come out of it — leading AI agent initiatives at Salesforce. I'm most interested in the questions that come with designing alongside an agent: where it should act on its own, where it should hand off to a person, and how to make that handoff feel considered instead of jarring. I have a deep passion to get to know each unique scenario and the way design makes an impact.

Before this, I spent years at Apple designing for iOS and macOS — deep in HIG, UX/UI, data visualization, iconography, animation, and web. That foundation still shapes how I approach agent-led products today: even the most capable agent still needs a clear, well-crafted interface around it.

I have over 10 years of experience as an art director, designer, producer, product manager, motion graphic artist, and strategist — producing creative for branded content, campaigns, commercials, TV, print, digital, interactive, web, mobile, apps, games, OOH, experiential, events, products, apparel, new business, pitches, infographics, UX/UI, and more.
